I called up brothers perfomance and asked them what they rec. for shocks/struts with a 2000 lowered mustang and they said i should get 87-93 shocks and sturts because they are shorter so your car will ride better. Will they fit? Does anyone have this setup? Any help would be nice

i just called steeda they said that for the sturts yes its a trick they've been doing for a while it doesnt let the car bottom out but the for the shocks they say get our year............mm said the same thing use the fronts from 87-93 because it allows an extra inch of bump travel or something like that.

its true. im running fox body shocks and struts on my car.

the rears will straight bolt in. matter of fact i think theyre the same thing.

the fronts, the only difference is the width of the mounting bracket for the spindle. the fox mount is wider than the sn95 mount, so youll need a spacer for them.

but other than that no problems at all. and the struts are 1" shorter. youll ge a better ride and bottom out less. :nice:
