shocks and struts

I was wondering what the best shocks and struts were for a 1989 GT? Lakewood 90/10 for the front and 50/50 for the rear? Does any one have any in good shape that they want to get rid of? I drag race and drive the car daily.

hmm, if you are more of a drag racer i would go with 90/10s. If you want reguar street feel and just replacement go with a 70/30

If you want to spend about the same money go with strange ajustables. Then you can ajust depending on what you want.
