For stock style spring locations the best ride quality IMO are the bilsteins https://www.maximummotorsports.com/...-Damper-Package-solid-axle-Mustang-P1018.aspx

If you are looking to eventually upgrade to coil overs I would get a set ready for that upgrade like these: https://www.maximummotorsports.com/...hocks-1987-2004-solid-axle-Mustang-P1547.aspx

thanks for the input, might go for the bilsteins little more expensive but you get what you pay for. and spring suggestions? I was thinking of using the mm springs said to give more rake dropping the nose and keeping the rear slightly higher.

I recently installed Bilsteins up front and rear yes a little more expensive but I have ran them on other vehicles and think they are a quality product. I am running them with H&R sport springs on an 01 that only sees street use.
