Shocks and subframe connectors

I finally got my transmission in and have been driving my car aorund. I relized how rough it rides and I don't like it. Before I lower it and put my subframes on I am going to replace my shocks. Does anyone have any recommendations to what brand of shock I should go with and what length of subframes are the best?

MM full length sub are best. You can get MM look-a-likes just make sure they have the seat brackets and there welded in.
If it were me I would wait till your ready to do the springs and do them at the same time. Bilstein are the best but I have the Tokico Hi performance shocks and struts and love them. <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=590 border=0><TBODY></TBODY></TABLE>
