We'll after some overheating, my car is at the mechanics, and i found out there is a small leak in either the gasket, head, or block, because water is leaking into the number 8 cylinder, so ive decided if it is the block, im just going to get a brand new 347, 357 short block....so my question is, who makes the best, and nicely priced short block?

I konw both DSS and Coast High Performance (CHP) make very good 331 and 347 short and long blocks. I know DSS's website is www.dssracing.com, but don't know what CHP's is. Hope that helps a little bit.

BTW - If you're going with a stroker I'd look into some different heads, you could make a lot more power with some AFR 185's or something of the like.
