short block questions

planning on buying a shortblock from x2c motorsports and it says on there website that the v1.0 shortblock is rated to 650 hp and the v2.0 is rated to 900hp? is this true?

no X2C has had several blocks go bad lately and they do not back their work. avoid them like the plague.

i suggest VT engines or Modular Powerhouse. they will back their products.
