Short circuited cluster board

I have 1990 5.0 and was converting my cluster bulbs to LEDs and I short circuited the board. Any suggestions on how to fix?

The copper traces have a coating on them which will prevent solder from sticking to them. I recommend that you gently scrape 1/4"of the coating off where you are going to solder the jumper. Use a low wattage soldering iron and rosin core solder.
You may opt to take the board to a shop that repairs TV's and get them to repair the board. They should be well equipped to handle the job.
