I bought 1 on ebay for like 10 bucks.... it was a universal kit and it looks pretty good, took about 30 seconds to put on. It's about eight inches tall, im not sure hw short your looking for though.... are you looking for the tiny ones that look like a shark fin or the kind that look like the stockone just way shorter?

I also got mine at 50resto.com Dan.I'm happy with it
and I get the same radio reception as I did with the stock antenna.I got
one there because they have excellent customer service! I happened to
get the billet antenna.

I got mine and my g/f got hers from UPR products. They have a billet aluminum piece that looks great IMO . Its a bit pricey though, I think they were like 28 bucks each. I havent noticed any difference in reception either.

U can sorta see it in this pick, it's like a 5 second install too. Reception is not that bad, though not as high quality as with the stock R/C car antenna.

Wow your Mach1 looks
dope I must say Catman! Also that's cool you got the billet
antenna from 50resto I think it looks great! I didn't want to get mine
from upr because I boycott upr because they like to steal peoples'
ideas and copy peoples' products.
