Alright, i just finished up by black interior conversion, everything works except the blinkers. When i was snaking the wires for the hazards and defroster through the dash, i proceeded to disconnect the wires from the pig tail would this make my blinkers not work or should they still work even though the hazard wire are not connected?

Turn signals use one of the circuits inside the Hazard switch. On the 88 there should be a Light Blue wire into the switch from the flasher and an Orange/Yellow wire out of the Hazard switch that feeds the Turn Signal switch. You may also need to check any other connections in the cirucit path for an accidental disconnect.

Awesome man thanks! So your saying the blinkers wont work if the wire are not in the connector correct? Ive double checked everything now nothing else is loose. There are probably 8 or so wires that came out of the hazard switch and all of them came out of the defroster switch no big deal i just dont know which ones go to which connetor. Now the defroster switch only has 4 wires going into it, so if someone could tell me what those color wires are i'll be all set!!!!! Thanks Saleen0679 you saved me a few headaches

You will not have signals if either the Light Blue and/or the Orange/Yellow wires are disconnected from the back of the Hazard switch.

There should be four wires for the defrost part of the switch:

Purple/Orange
Grey/Light Blue
Purple
Brown/Light Blue
