Well ive been debating over getting gears or not. Mods are listed in sig and I want to optimize my car for the quarter mile.

I've heard when you have a blower that 4.10's are a bad idea because you run out of gear in the quarter, should I keep my stock gears or would I get better times switching to 3.73's or 3.55's?

BTW this is with street tires not dr's or slicks so traction is definately an issue.

I got 3.73 and I love it. Going supercharger down the road. If you staying NA then go 4.10 , if not then get 3.73. You will love it

I'm still a noob here but from everything I've read, 3.73's are recommended for a S/C'd stang.

What kind of supercharger are you thinking of getting? If a roots or twin-screw, then 4.10 gears might be too much. But if you are getting a centrifugal blower, then 4.10s should be good, imho.
