We are talking about welding the front clip of an army tank onto an sn 95...oh wait, wrong thread....
I actually ordered new lines, new vent, new fuel pump and all seals. Its time to do preventive maintenance. Getting too much money into this car to risk it bursting into flames.

Where did you end up getting your lines from? Are you doing front to back, all three? I’m researching this purchase now for my ‘86, and seeing numbers higher than I like (although karthief just put me on to some more reasonable prices at inlinetube.com)
I already had replace the front lines so I just ordered the rear lines from the tank to the hard lines. I got from latemodel resto. A little pricey but its ok.

Im looking to do the hard lines that run the length of the car as well. That’s where they get pricey.
Our cars are getting to the age where internal tank corrosion will start being an issue. Check when the pump is out, then clean or replace as needed is the safe bet.
Yeah I will. If it needs to be changed I will order a tank. Car is FAR from a daily, I have other cars so it can sit if I had to wait for a tank.
If it is not a daily driver, all the more reason to have a fresh tank. A rusting one will be hard on the new pump and filter.

Dude... Point it in any direction, floor it, and hold on for 10 to 12 seconds.
You live on an ISLAND
