To run a good amount of boost, anyone have experience running stock or running aftermarket? Looking at screamin deamon coil packs but don't want to spend money where I don't have to.

i'm talking coil packs, not COP's guys. It's different than 99+, they are two towers with 4 plugs, aftertmarket one's for like $90-140

Stay with the stock ones...

It has not mattered whether the cars have been N/A or boosted, I have heard of many horror stories with aftermarket coil packs. After they switched back to the stock ones, the issues went away.

Thanks TGJ, yeah i've heard similar horror stories of everything from MSD to weapon X. I think I will leave them stock, just didn't want to run into the situation of it on the dyno for its first tune and him say "yeah, it need more spark."

spend the money and get the screamin deamon and the wires to go with it...got them a while ago and noticed an instant improvement...def worth the money!
