anyone with rally stripes that has pics please post them!

i would like to see the different variations simply because i dont know what exists out there (googled, but returned more ebay auctions than anything else)

i would like to add some to my car. if you could also tell me where you got them that would help me out a lot. thanks!

oh and btw..those of you that know my car...the pony will come off if i go this route

Not sure where they came from, they were on the car when I bought it. I think the Roush stripes are pretty similar tho. They are vinyl.

different from state to state...in MA, on my last truck, i wanted to stripe it and got a quote for $800 for two side by side 10" stripes, bumper to bumper, no tonneau cover, from a guy that does the work as a side job. the same setup cost a guy in alabama i knew from another site $200 for high quality vinyl done by a shop.

needless to say, i didnt stripe it.

i imagine its alot cheaper for a stang, but you'd be best served looking around your area, and getting quoted.

wolvrin i cant see the pic

you can buy 3M brand vinyl stripe packages for our cars. it doesnt come in one long piece, they come in precut lengths

applying them is as easy as spraying the back of them with soapy water and removing the excess with a squeegee that is usually supplied in the kit

unless you have a funky hood/bumper combo.

either way, id probably pay to have it done. thats just me, because as easy as it sounds, id find a way to screw that up.

I'll try and get a newer pic sometime this week. I've added a Mach 1 chin spoiler since the pic I posted.

I bought the car used and the stripes were already on it so I'm not sure about price. Eventually I want to have them removed and have stripes painted on instead.
