Don't try this at home Took the better part of a week and thus will most likely be a one-off, but it came out sweeeeeet. PITA, but sweeeeeet. The white LED lighting is my favorite part -- hard to photograph though, and the needles show up a lot better than it looks.
Electronic speedo, tach, oil pressure, water temp, fuel level. The large amber light at the left is the "check engine" light for the EFI system. The little LED right next to it is a 3-way battery status monitor: above 12V=green, 11.9V-11.5V=amber, 11.4V and less=red. Right under the high-beam indicator is the alarm status LED, and at the far right is the speedo/trip meter control button. It's plug-and-play with the Painless harness. There's almost more wiring on the back of this thing than there used to be under the entire dash...

Reen, you are one slick SOB. That cluster looks killer man. I think I'm gonna steal that check engine light idea for my friend's 68 EFI conversion I'll be working on this summer.

Geez, it's bad enough that everytime I look around your website it guilt trips me into doing projects on my 67 to perfection and gives me ideas that I cant afford right now. Then you go and drop that artwork on us. Looks fantastic!

I'm just starting my search for a new gauge cluster setup and you say you're not making any more? Bummer!

very nice. good choice on the gauges, that led may be a bit bright, a friend used them and ended up dusting the bulbs with some black laquer to tone them down. looks great.

That was one of the main reasons behind making this cluster -- wanting an 8k tach instead of a 10k.Good to see those gauges in a cluster. I had looked at the SW series since AutoMeter doesn't seem to make a 5" 8000 rpm in dash unit and I don't want/need a 10K tach. Nice work.. as usual
