Sorry to hear that, I hope it all clears out and you dont have to deal with people messing with your car any more. Good Luck with the whole thing.

That is pretty screwed up man. The worst thing is he was probably pretty drunk while it happened. I hope this guy goes to jail or turns his life around before he kills someone innocent. It will bite him in the ass down the road I assure you. Will incurance be fixing the entire car with this claim or just what occured with this drunk?

Just this occurance. Have a $500 deductible, and never have the $500 bones, and each seperate incident usually comes in under the $500. This is the way it always works, hit by the twp. plow...governmental immunity, my insurance pays. Neighbors tree fell on the Bronco...act of God....too bad for me. Now this...no insurance. I do all this garbage helping other people get restitution for stuff, and I always get the shaft.

that sucks hillie. if you take him to court can't they forclose on his house, take his car, stuff like that?? my advice would be make sure all the cops in the area know about him, make his life a living hell. and while your at it, call up you cop buddies in the Reading area and tell them to lay off with the domestics. good luck.

Police Brutality is in order I would think! What would Harry Callihan do in said situation? Remember, a .357 round might bounce off of a curved windshield, that's why a .44 is best.
