Signal Amplifier?

Is there anything that can amplify a signal enough to pick up a radio station thats roughly 150 miles away?

had one they only boost near by radio stations , good if your radio picks up the stations good in one place 5-10 miles away, but no way 50 or no less 150 miles sorry
