size of nut that holds oil pickup onto main cap stud?

Does anyone know the size of the nut that holds the oil pickup onto the main cap #3 stud? I need to pick one up from the hardware store. I'd prefer not to take my (already assembled FRPP) short block with me to size it!

I lucked out and had a nice lock nut in my parts pile. I think it is a standard 7/16" thread. I say this cause I had lots of stuff that fit it.

I tried the 7/16, too big. It's actually a 3/8-16, for anyone else curious.
