I posted this on mustangexhaust.com, but haven't had a luck yet.

Does anyone have a sound clip or video of a 1999-2004 with this combo? If so, can you post it up, or send it to me?

I know everyonre has there own opinions on exhaust note, but lets save that for another thread, I am interested in hearing it with my own ears.

Thanks.

Helty will see this sooner or later. He has a video of that combo with someone else laughing like a little school girl in the background... *cough* Jason *cough* :nice:
helty just saw this, and I will post the vid. But first I want to tell you: If you get this combo and put it on your car, you will regret it about 3 seconds after you first fire it up.

and I swear to you the actual volume of this combo is literally about 10 times louder than the video allows you to even fathom, plus it sounds like ****.

YOU REMEMBERED!! :D

Woww... that is my internet fame.. to be known as a little school girl laughing in the background of the worst exhaust video in the hirstory of mankind :rlaugh:... That video does no justice to how awful it sounded, it was just nasty. I still laugh my ass off to this day with just the mere thought of that exhaust setup.

But yeah man.. that sounded like pure ****! The only reason we did it was because I was DYING to hear how awful it would sound! It was hilarious.. I laughed until I nearly peed my pants all night.. it was great :D :rlaugh:

But I wouldn't recommend doing it longer than 3 minutes :nono:

Yea i just wish there was an exhaust setup as loud as the SLP I's but that sounded alot better. My Bassani Catback and O/R X-Pipe is gettin too quiet for me and i don't have many choices

I heard that combo on a 99-04 GT twice and
in my opnion it sounded quite horrible.
Too loud and raspy for my taste.I could hear that
exhaust combo two blocks away really.
Their are alot of different exhaust combo's to
consider.I hope you are happy with whatever you go with.

I'd start with SLP LT's and an SLP O/R X-pipe and maybe some SLP LMII's.. It be LLOOUUDD but not nasty like the LMI's.

I've thought long and hard about going with LMII's over my flowmasters

If your set on the LMIs, keep you stock mid pipe, or at least a catted mid. That combo does not sound too bad. But if you change to an o/r X. Its horrible, just as the others said. If you want the X, get the LMIIs with it.
