sluggish, smoking.. burning oil and gas at the same time

car is really sluggish.. even in higher rpms.. the exhaust smells of burnt oil.. and gas.. at first all it did was smoke at high rpms from the pcv valve.. now its way rich, burning oil and sluggish.. has bad hesitations.. just sucks ass right now.. any help? i can try and give more specific info if needed..

Well,
1)Pull codes
2)compression test
3)Check oil for coolant and coolant for oil
4)Tune up (O2's, plugs, wires, cap rotor) if codes and other things check out.

Start with the codes.

Also, is there oil in the intake?
Have you eliminated the pcv as the source of oil control problems?
