Smells like clutch disc

I have been smelling what apears to be clutch disc from my car when driving and idling. It also smells like brake pad burning but my brakes check out.

The only thing Ive done lately, (1 week ago) was the Transgo shift kit. Do you guys think it's related? I admitedly do not know much about aodes.

does it feel like its slipping? is this during normal driving and not haulin' ass??

If it's an automatic, it has to be brakes. I can't think of anything else that will make that smell.
The shift-kit shouldn't cause that smell. How does the tranny work now? Does it seem like it slips more or less between shifts?

if the tranny is slipping it will smell like that, mine did when i blew out my O/D, it smelled like burnt clutch
