you might be able to pass the obdII scan, but i dont think that youll pass the sniffer without any cats

Chances are slim to none of passing without cats.

Yep. My 02 with mild Comp 262AHs was a miserable fail with an MRT catted H. I had to go back to the factory H to pass.

yea, i just moved to cali from Georgia a while back, and had to get smogged for my registration. anyways, theres a visual inspection, so if they dont see the stock cats then you will fail. plus if you have aftermarket parts on, they need a CARB number too, or you will fail. then they run it on a 'smog dyno' and see if it passes their emissions test with the exhaust.

i had a BBK CAI, that didnt have a CARB number, so i failed, had to buy a new one

but thats it i think, good luck getting it smogged, i wish i kept my registration from GA so i wouldnt have to put up with this BS
