1-2hp You'll need either a 895k6, 900k6, or 905k6.... Just take the tools to the auto store with you and change it in the lot to make sure you get the right size.

Hey Man,
Just finished my Smog/EGR delete, not too rough a job at all. I used rubber caps with hose clamps for the tube on my hpipe, and egr tube. I used a 5/8 acorn nut from home depot to cap off the header (got it in the plumbing section) Used a piece of 1/4 inch aluminum to seal off the old EGR hole, and used a beer cap with some tape to secure the EGR switch to avoid the CE light.

I just did mine last weekend. Used a 91 inch belt but it sqeaks for a second when i start it up. Does that mean its too tight or too loose?
Used JB weld to seal up the pipe off the H pipe.

smokediver - what benefits do you get from removing all the EGR stuff other than cleaning it up some more? Notice any problems from doin that?

I used the 89.5 myself , but I have underdrive pulleys and routed the belt per what some of these guys have posted in the past. Belt seems to fit fine.

In regards to the EGR, I really didnt notice any performance gains, I just figured, hell, since I dont have CATS anyways, why have all the smog stuff on there. It is amazing how easy it is to access the plugs on that side of the engine now. Nothing bad as a result of taking it off either, car runs great. I thought about doing the JB weld thing for the headers, but figured I would try to keep everything available to be put back on the car in case we ever get emissions testing around me.
