pros and cons of getting smog pump delete with a/c delete?

Depending on which way you go, it sometimes is a pain finding the correct belt length. And the obvious... you delete a/c you no longer have it. Deleting a/c is really sort of a looks thing. It really isn't hurting anything having it but it looks better without it. Same goes for the smog. The more you can delete the cleaner your engine bay and engine look.

dont bother with a smog delete. just remove it and run a shorter belt. i took off my ac too just to clean things up and it looks way better.

looks way better without the a/c but damn. it sure it nice to have ice cold air and some tunes on the way to the track on a hot day. or just cruising down to the shore in the summer.

the car im planning on doing it to is a vert so not to worried about cold air blowing at me lol

Just run a shorter belt- I don't think my smog pump has been run since 1996 or so

correct me if i am wrong but doesnt the delete or teh a/c and smog free up hp from belt drag or something... and free up weight which takes time off the 1/4 mile??

I weighed all the AC crap when I removed mine. 26 lbs

Considering I never use the AC and as mentioned the engine bay looks much cleaner without it, it's gone!

Smog delete... I don't think you save much weight or hp, but mine was gone when I bought the car.

26 pounds is 26 pounds i mean our cars arent light to begin with, plus you free up the rotational mass buy deleting a pulley.. and then add in teh smog pump throw the battery in the trunk and u probably just took pff 75 pounds( correct if im wrong)
