I have just about had it fighting with the steel pipe going to the h pipe. What effect will not hooking it up have if i plug the hole in the actual h pipe ?
Glad I can spell correctly, read "converter" lol. It shouldn't affect a thing then. Is your crossover tube still in place on the back of the cylinder heads?
Correct, you will cut the rubber tube in half, and put the steel tube (with clamps) in between the two halves of rubber allowing you to bridge the gap between the new H-pipe and the pipe coming from the air pump.
I assume that's what your problem is, correct? The new H-pipe changed the orientation of your smog equipment?

Or you can cap it off, but like I said, I am unsure of how it will work with the thermactor air function still active in your EEC. I'd question where the air goes when the computer is telling the diverter valve to pump air into your cats.
If you decide to use the Walker part, I'd cut some off of the original tubing, allowing you to route it how you want.
