under full throttle or high rpms my car is blowing out blue smoke and it only does this everytime if my cars been sitting for a bit...it only does it the very first time i step on it and then can beat on the car as long as i dont shut it off and let it sit...could this be the valve seals???

Sounds like you need new valve seals. Oil could be running down the valve stem when sitting, and it will make some blue smoke when you crank it up and get on it. Once that is burned away, the seals won't leak enough (the way they are made) to really smoke very much... They are reasonably easy to replace without removing the heads or cams...
