You can tint them or you can take them out and paint the insides. To open most headlights you have to preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then cut the oven off. Put the lights on a cookie sheet with a hand towel on them so they are not directly on the metal sheet. Allow them to stay in the oven about 10 minutes as the temp drops from 350 (remember the stove is off). Once you pull them out you should be able to pull the headlight apart with ease. This is of course if they have that thick goo around for the seal. Pull it apart, sand, and spray flat black rustoleum on parts that are not used to reflect the light itself. Once your completely dry and done, put the light back together the best you can and reinsert into the oven. Allow the oven to cool from 350 again and soften the goo around the light. Pull it out and push it together good and your set. No fogging should occur if you seal it back properly. Thats the skinny on it, and I've done it before. Or I guess you could just buy some
