sn series blowers

i currently have an sn-89 series blower. it only putting out 4-5 lbs of boost. Is there any way to make this blower produce more boost?

I thought i remmeber reading that you can not change the pullies on the actual blower, only thing I could think of is something like the crank pulley or something?

On just an SN? I know you can on most blowers.
