The first pics are just general pics of the overall condition of the car, motor, interior, and then they get into pics of my current project which is: Removal and teardown of the entire rearend and rear suspension. I'm going to clean and remove minor rust from the underside and then hit it with POR 15 and then rebuild the entire rearend, install a completely new rear suspension, and The FRPP M2300K brake kit. Enjoy.
I'm doing a bunch of re-wiring. Thinking about getting rid of heater/AC stuff and removing heater core. AC had already been removed under hood and it's a Texas car so the heaer is not an issue or a real need so I might ditch it all.
Trying to man. Saving for a house and spending money on the stang do not go hand in hand but I do what I can. This project is why I was selling that stuff to you a while back. How did your motor project turn out? I never saw whether you got it finished and back in or not. Here's the rundown on what I'm working on.
Suspension:
FRPP stock style UCA's
MM X-treme Duty adjustable LCA's
QA1 12 Way adjustable shocks
Springs? Eibach drag kit or something else? Don't know yet.
UMI upper and lower torque box reinforcements (powdercoated them) sexy
MM Full Length subframe connectors
Competition Engineering Adjustable Pinion Snubber
Rearend:
Getting the whole housing sandblasted and powdercoated
Auburn Limited Slip Diff
Moser 31 Spline Axles
All new seals bearings and races
FRPP 3.73's were already inslalled but I killed the threads on the pinion shaft upon removal. Oh well
Trick Flow diff girdle
Brakes:
Ford Racing M2300K 5 lug/Disc conversion
Wheels: Undecided
Tires: M/T E.T. Streets
I'll keep posting up pics as the project progresses.
