So its the float sensor

Well i figured out it was the float sensor in my coolant tank, but I called both O'Reilys and Autozone neither of them have the part, so does this mean to only place to get it is the dealer, thats going to suck, seeing that Blev said that they will only sell you the whole tank. Do you think I should try a salvage yard??

I just took the float thing out of the tank with some needle nose. Just check your fluids every so often. If you want a new one ford will make you buy the whole tank. They don't just sell that. sucks.

yup, you can't replace the float sensor, it's wither do what Jeff said and check your coolant every so often or just replace the whole tank.
