Stater on 14 the other day, 83 in a 55.
I pointed out that I was just cruising along in 3rd, but it didnt matter.
A guy in a truck had pulled off on the shoulder to let us by, but kept doing about 50, so I had to speed up a little to pass him...
and of course, as soon as I get past the truck, here comes the cop.
Oh well, you should have seen his face when he hit the lights, there was a turn out RIGHT THERE, so I threw out the anchors.
He had to lock em up a little to keep from rear ending me, it was hilarious... (at least I though so)
I could just see him explaining that to the judge.
It was still a good ride, in spite of the ticket though.... found a GREAT strech of road coming down through scamania county from Yale to hwy 14.
