Was hustling to work today rolled up to a light to turn and it died. I went to try to restart it and that starter could barely crank the engine over. Wife and I pushed it off the road, I tried a few more time to start it, once it finally fired then died again. I called into work and told them I'd be late, after I got off the phone I tried again and it cranked normally and fired right up. After that it ran fine and got to work no problem.
At first I was assuming the TFI or coil died on me, but the slow cranking coupled by the fact that it didn't have any time to cool once it restarted has me a little confused. Could this be a battery cable issue? I had to replace my + cable and I can't get it completely pushed all the way down onto the post.
