Just like the title says and list anything that would take away from the weight if any at all.

Thanks

What are body side moldings? Are they the door strip to avoid door dings?
I have never seen them on an 05 GT, did you add aftermarket? How about a pic.

Perhaps Sears has one.

cleveland,
Hit a truck stop in your area, they usually have scales for the trucks. That's how I weighed my 95 gt vert.

Interesting to note the differences in the various options too.

My GT is a total "stripper", my only options were the upgraded (but uglier IMO) wheels, locking lugnuts (lol) and a spoiler delete (sort of an anti-option). I took that giant PDF of equipment one day and added up all the weight of various options like theft deterrent/AT/side airbags/Shaker1000/leather seating/IUP/etc. and came up with close to 200 pounds for EVERYTHING.

Not as big of a difference as I had thought or hoped but 200 pounds is about what I weigh, so my stripper weighs as much as my buddy's loaded GT without a driver...LOL.

Here is my car with them.

They are a factory option, well in Canada anyway. Ordered my 05 with them. They are there to prevent door dings.

yeah, except that everyone elses door dings at a different height than the mouldings. i am a bodyman, and i see door dings all over the door, even with the mouldings. it does not matter if you have them or not, you will get door dings!!!! unless you are like me and park out in BFE and take up at least 2 spots (hopefully next to an island or something so someone only has a chance to park on one side of you, but you are crooked, so they cant ding you)
