I bought H & R Supersports, and everyone told me to buy C/C Plates so i bought some MM CC plates. So when i install them what the hell am i supposed to do? Do i adjust them or the people who align the car?

A note for getting the setting good enough to drive to the alignment shop: measure the distance from the fender and firewall to the center of the strut on each side before you take the old parts off. When installing the new adjust the plates so the strut is as close to those dimensions as possible and you'll be good for the ride to the shop.
