SoCal engine builder?

Hey guys, tried searchin for this one and came up empty. Anyone in Southern California ( riverside/orange/la area if possible ) Have a line on a good engine builder? thinkin about finally throwin the $ down for a new stroker, now that i think the rest of the car is up to par to handle it Would love someone who knows this motor, as im real new to this whole fuel injected thing. Obviously id end up needing a tuner also, so if anyone wants to chime in with that as well, id appreciate it. Thanks for the help, as always ( Ever since moving I no longer have the space to do an engine build myself, nor the time to actually swap it in. Would prefer to have the shop build up the motor with a second block, and just drop the car off for the install, then have someone else fight the computer demons and such im sure it would bring up )
