SOHC to DOHC swap

If i bought a set of 4.6 DOHC heads complete with cams timing chains and everything would that bolt on to my 2001 BULLITT and convert from a SOHC to a DOHC??

Hey...I see you have a Bullit. I was just going to make the comment that I have this friend that has a Bullit that is currently in the shop.
It would be running fine...bbbbuuuuttttttt.....hes not the smartest character..and he let a guy who owns an import hook up nitrous to it and ended up blowing his engine which only had barely over 20,000 miles on it. So just a word to the wise if you hook up nitrous take the extra time and do it right!

to answer your question, yes it will work if you buy everything...but that is a lot of stuff. since the dohc heads have different intake ports than the 2v heads you'll need the 4v intake as well. also it's a lot of little things to buy as well such as the tensioners, cam gears, throttle cable, etc etc. if you are really thinking about going 4v, then just get a used cobra or mach engine. otherwise you have a great platform to start off with now.
