Need help identifying engine

Hi Guys,

Long time reader, new poster.

I recently bought a 4.6 DOHC engine for an install in a 1967 Coupe. The seller didn't know much about it. Based on the intake manifold I've narrowed it down to a 1999 or 2001 Cobra engine I believe, but any insight is appreciated.

Including pics of the valve cover sticker and block castings. Thanks in advance

Engine is dated 1/4/00, so it’s likely a late build ‘99 Cobra engine.

Part number on block aligns as well.
