Sold 87 watched the carnage as it left then found a gem.

As some of you know i sold my 87gt.. I took it last saturday to meet with the kid who bought it only to watch him blow the trans apart aloing with the clutch right in front of me.. Its hard watching a car you love get destroyed in 2 minutes but oh well. I wasnt planning on getting another car until this past saturday. Now for the Good
My wife knows a girl who was selling a car that was in her name but it was a boyfriends car she broke up with over a year ago and it has been sitting in her carport since last may. So i go down and take a look its a white 89 notch with a CHP 331, AFR165CC heads,eddy rpm2 efi intake, 5 lug conversion with cobra r's and rear disk breaks,world class t-5 and king cobra clutch. The engine has about 6k miles on it. Now for the bad car wont start has no computer harness in it god knows why some rust on the floor pans and trunk lid and wheel wells.. Diddnt hear the car run yet but all the flids looked good and there was no oil under the car. The thing has recipts for everything purchased for it. How much did i get this gem for? $2300 I would snap some pics but its at a garage right now getting the wiring and other stuff straightened out and my camera was stolen when my 87 got broken into. Im probabbly not keeping the car im gonna part it out or sell it for more. Ill try to have some pics by the end of the week.

I let him take it for a ride to make sure all was ok and he couldnt drive a 5 speed wort **** a grinded every gear. He took it around the block when he came back it was filled with clutch smoke and you could not keep it in gear even when you put it in gear with the car off.. when you started it it would spit it out of gear..
