Solid motor mounts

anyone here run these.... i am considering buying a set... that or the polyurethane....... can't make up my mind.... If i go solid motor mounts, i will go with a poly trans mount....



please list gripes, things i should worrie about etc...

Unless you use the car for race only I would not go with solids. The noise and vibration is harse.

i didn't figure it would really be that bad..... i wonder if my best bet is gonna be to do the poly ones......

i would have to say it depends on the driver.. my buddy put them in his 90 fox and i liked them made the car shake alittle more with the aggresive cam he had lol

Polys would be a better choice, like s/c said the vibration maybe more than what you will be comfortable(sp?) with.

good replys guys...... will the polys put as much power to the ground as the solids though...
