i got a 88 gt vert that i am installing the trick flow setup in to and need new motor and trans mounts. i am a trucker so the only time i drive it is out cruising the blvd for maybe 2 nights a month this is not a daily driver so it does not have to ride perfect any idea!

I would do Poly hands down over solid. Solid should be reserved for all-out race cars in my opinion. I've had Energy Suspension poly mounts in my car for 4+ years with no problems. Prothane is good as well, and they are a bit cheaper.

I have had the Prothane poly mounts for a couple of years. I haven't put that many miles on but I really didn't notice much a difference noise and vibration wise.

I noticed a difference, but my stock ones were in pretty bad shape which is why I replaced them.

I vote poly as well. My car felt a little tighter after they were installed.

Poly will put a little rumble in your seat without being overly annoying especially if you have a decent lope to your cam
