Got the car when I was in high school to work on w/ my dad... we got pretty far but didn't finish it before I graduated. I then left for college and ultimately law school so it has sat for the past 6 years untouched. I've moved on to other projects (97 Audi A4 show car and now a 2003 modded 350z), but I decided it is time to revisit the project. I'll be moving back home after I graduate to study for the bar exam and relax for a couple months before starting work, so I might as well work on the mustang. I've put the Z up for sale (moving to NYC so won't need it anyway) and am going to use that money to finally restore the mustang right. Thankfully the body and undercarriage is decent, but I'm still going to tear it down again and do a complete restomod.
It was originally a 250 6 cylinder car so purists have no fear... the rarest thing on that car is the gas cap.
