To give you an idea those are very close to the size of my s-trim in demensions far as the intake housing goes, and close to the size of an alternator far as the exhaust housing goes.

Far as power they would be somewhere in between an s-trim and a t-trim on power range for each of them.

There are more pics at www.logonix.net/~dlb1982/turbo.htm

I hope to start really working on my car in the next week or two. Im still waiting on parts from different places though. I just got my weld in bungs for the oil pan today and can now finally get the oil pan put on here shortly. The engine bay is about ready to be painted this weekend. Thats what has been holding me up.

Then its time to get down to the nitty gritty. There have been a ton of little expences that i didn't think about so my new goal is to have EVERYTHING done by summer.

Those are precision turbos. They are pt-67's. It is a turbo kit from brian at B&G.

I ordered the kit 12-12-05. So it took about 17 WEEKS!!! I didn't realize it took that long. I thought he was ahead not behind. (I believe he told me it was like a 14 week-16 week wait)

He has had the kit done for the most part for the past 3-4 weeks. Took him forever to finish up the last final little touches.

This was a tougher prodject. Nobody else wanted to even atempt to try a Twin setup in a 94-95 that i found at the time. (hellion, cartech, hp, etc.)
Brian said he took this prodject on himself instead of letting one of his other imployees do it.

I get to keep all accessories except for the smog pump.
I was even able to keep the big bulky brake booster.

Sweet Jesus!!
Thats awesome!:nice:
Is that blue powdercoat?
What kind of #'s are you looking at laying down?
That is a ceramic coating. Pump gas im looking for roughly 700+ rwhp. (This turbo kit was designed for my dart 427) With meth/water and or race fuel im looking for as much as 900-1200 rwhp (depending on how much boost i decide and i feel is safe with the tuning.)

These are just rough estimates. Brian figured it up on his computer and said within 5% accuraccy that 13 psi it should push 890 fwhp (that is the boost i should see because thats what the waste gates are set too with my setup.) Now with a Boost controller i should see around 1200 fwhp at 23 psi, and the sky is the limit.

I went with the bigger wastegates just in case i wanted to push 20+psi. If everything goes smooth I do plan to hit at least 1000rwhp. (that was the goal from the beggining, actually the initial goal was to hit 1000 fwhp but that was before i decided to go with turbos instead of a ysi-trim.

Far as racing numbers i will be satisfied with low 9's/high 8's. When i called PTC to have them build me my powerglide and converter they said they didn't think 7's were out of the question. I don't know? If i run 11's i run 11's only time will tell. Hopefully i can beat my 331 s-trim setup times though... lol

What does the motor consisit of??
It really sounds like a badazz setup!! Is this gonna be a street car or a racecar??

Its a street/strip car (with luxeries like cruise control and a/c). The motor consists of dart 351 large bore block, Jegs Kaase heads, FTI HR cam, Ross custom 44 cc dish pistons (8.5:1), Edelbrocks EFI Super Victor with a chp elbow.

The rods and crank are eagle (4.00 stroke crank) I was a little hesitant about this but Brian from ADPerformance assured me they would be fine.

The Tranny is a PTC built powerglide (J.W. case and all the goodies) The converter is also made by PTC. They said it should be very streetable yet with the tranny brake i should be able to leave pretty damn hard if want to.

Rear end, im getting a 9" made from a local company, Im running 35 spline axles, 3.25 gears, trac lock locker, beefed up housing and a very beefy center section.

For suspension im am getting ready to instal the UPR chromolly k member/arms with coil overs. (90/10 lakewoods) and for the rear i plan on putting coilovers in there also and using my new 50/50's. (probably just reuse my aftermarket uca and lca's.

Also glad to see you went with the ported shroud option, assuming your running a draw-thru set-up. If you are running a blow-thru or meterless set-up then the ported shroud is just nice to the eye..lol.

Did Brian happen to make a jig for that twin kit he built you? I assume he would keep some kind of refence for future use....:)

good question... Not really sure if he made a jig or any type of reference.

Its a blow threw so its just nice to the eyes.. :) Easier to put filters on that way.
