i didnt read the description, just looked at the pictures. Didn't Ford make a few of those (never released) as well as some hard top convertibles???

I think those were aftermarket productions. I'm pretty sure that the removable hardtops were, anyway.

they made one retractable hardtop, but it was destroyed. the mustang/ranchero things were all aftermarket or custom jobs. at least as far as i know.

Even if ford did make that, they definitely didnt make it with those scoops, front skirts, and hood like that. Did I see cuts in the rear bumper for exhaust?

Can anyone make out what is painted in script on the back panel?

Dig those Horseshoe bumper overriders. I, do, believe those were an aftermarket item in the 60's. . . .

I think the script says "Mustang Type-R. Powered by V-Tec, yo."
