Key is in ignition. Door is closed. Engine is off.
Dome light stays on and key in ignition warning beeps nonstop. The warning and light should only be on while driver door is open…not closed. Start car beeping stops but dome light stays on. Also, when I activate anti-theft, car beeps twice instead of once.
It’s been happen for past several days now and off and on. Sometimes the problem stops. I’ve removed the dome light bulb for now, but the key in ignition warning still happens as stated above.
Solution anyone?
