Hey man, ya it says 240 the car will go to 250 with the mods i have done, i have had it to 225, and was only at 4 grand in 5th gear so still alot more pull, stangs nice a buddy of mine has a 95 that had the 3.8 in it, he swapped a super coupe 3.8 superchraged motor in it and it makes pretty decent power.

i wonder if he actuall believes that POS will go over 100?

It'll never touch 200, but AWD Turbo DSMs are nothing to laugh at. My friend used to roll one, and it was relatively quick. He was in a club and they had a good amount of 12 second cars, and one in the high 11s.

The problem is, they kept breaking. I felt kinda bad, but it always made me smile (as some of them really liked to bash V8s).

A friend of mine had a 91 Talon TSI awd w/turbo that ran low-mid 11's. He was always breaking differentials at the track. I had a 90 TSI awd/turbo when I was in highschool and it was the biggest turd I ever owned.

ditto. 155 wouldnt be hard for that.

HELL, i've hit 134mph in my '86 chevy truck, would have gone faster but i was gear limited(3.73's and 3 speed auto, no overdrive) of course its not stock, but pretty impressive for a big shoebox looking truck

wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, only did it once, and i think the weight helped it stay stable(3950lbs). of course its lowered and has good tires on 17" wheels, so it was all "mostly" safe

Henceforward

My younger brother had a 92 plymouth version. He was running over 20lbs of boost with a built motor, and gutted interior, and it was pretty damn fast. It eventually cracked the subframe, so he ended up parting it out.
