What clear paint do I use on my front rotors so the inside doesn't rust? I know the Cobra calipers don't grab the whole rotor. I went to 3 hardware stores yesterday and couldn't find clear high temp spraypaint

Not really, just need to make sure the pads don't get glazed over from the old paint. Once its worn to metal in the contact areas, check your pads really good. If you seen any problems, replace them. I usually use a old set or cheap set for a few miles to get the paint off mine, then put new pads on within 50 miles of driving or so. Never had a problem yet.
