But do I need C/C plates with my C springs? i'm kind of short on cash right now, but i also just bought some 275s and 17x9s for the front so i don't wanna wear them out. Should i wait to put everything in until i get C/C plates?

You should be able to get it aligned without CC plates.

Except when you do.
Mine should have CC plates. I have a some negative camber that can't be adjusted out until I get CC plates.
For what it's worth, my C Springs dropped the front end a little more than expected. Probably 2" instead of the 1.5". It's cool though, give the stance a nice bit of rake.

not really. you can if you want them there when c-springs arent enough of a drop later down the road or if you want to go with a more aggressive suspension combo.
