Changing Spark Plugs

Ok, I figure its time for a tune-up. I was planning on changing my spark plugs but I can't seem to figure out how to change 4 of them. I can see the ones on the one side but not the other. Does anyone have a write up on how to change them? Also, what kinda plugs do you guys reccomend? My car is stock besides an air filter and hopefully soon, exhaust.

I changed my plugs without doing anything special. I did pull the air box, and I used a couple of extensions and a universal joint. It took some persuasion to get at a couple of them. But most came out without too much of a fight.

Use some dilectric grease on the boots before you put em back on the new plugs. And you might want to hit the threads with a bit of antiseize.

I think most people prefer good ol' Autolite copper plugs (25 or 24, I can't remember. But the parts shop can tell you).

If you run a search, I am sure you can find tons on spark plugs.

if you pull the ducting for the intake it makes the plugs on the passenger side easier to get to

well said. 25's are stock. 24's are one heat range colder than stock. if one has non-stock heads, they take different plugs.

a short and long wobble extension and a quality universal swivel are must haves. i use an air u-joint swivel since it is a ball-in-socket design rather than an articulated joint that binds. a wrench that does not require many degrees to latch is nice (some of mine are real sloppy, but i have one good one which does not get used except for tight clearances).

neverseize and dielectrical grease are great ideas.
