what should i gap the plugs at? i dont plan on spraying it alot, maybe a few times a month, and mostly at the track, and will it make it run crappy with a closer plug gap when not running nitrous?
I would definately use a colder than stock plug if your gonna spray it. I use NGK TR6's gapped at 0.035. Sometimes when the engine is cool there is a little hesitation in the lower rpms, but that might not be related to the plug gap. Once it warms up its not a problem. Other than that, my NA track times have stayed the same with the n2o plugs.
i was running the tr6 when i had a 150 shot on it and gapped a .35 also but i opened the gap up to .42 with hotter cop on it no problems and when you get the juice let me know how spraying it everynow and then goes for you i was going to the speed shop like it was a crack house i love being s/c now !!
