Hey there Guy's and Gal's!
I am in need of some information from you all. I recently pulled out of my 96 GT a set of NGK Iridium plugs (these totally suck ass, do not buy these pieces of ****) and observed that all 8 plugs were a friggin red color. I have never seen red deposits or coloring on a plug. No one in my area even new what the hel caused it. They speculate that it has something to do with the type of metal that the plug is made out of or that the friggin gap on them is like a .57-.58 and all my info shows a .54-.56 for this year of stang. When I mean red, I am talking "porno red" like the color ford liked to put in so many of the eighties stangs.
Any ideas on what caused the red coloring. I went back to the old reliable ford double platinum plugs My car actualy runs a bit better now than the last 4 months with these NGK's. God they sucked ass! I hope some one can shed some insight and pass along the knowledge I lack. Thanks all.
