Greetings everyone. Ok here goes. I have an 06 gt. I removed 4 plugs intact, and 2 plugs wich broke. I can get out the 2 broke plugs. However, I have 2 that I have backed out as far as I can and they wont release. There loose enough that I can turn them w an extension an socket and yet no luck w my magnet that I used to remove the other 6. Anyone ever encountered this? Thanks

At some point, the two that won't come out will be a problem. Perhaps loosen those two as much as you can easily late in the evening. Then soak overnight with PB Blaster or whatever you have. Maybe if it is carbon holding it in, the carbon will soften.

The two that are spinning, you probably have the tip stuck and spinning free of the plug, but it hasn't separated from the body. Get something in there to dissolve the carbon (PB blaster or whatever) and see if you can get them out, and hopefully they won't decide to separate on the second go.

Got the last two out. The threaded sleeves came off the plugs all together. I grabbed ea one w a pair of needle nose and broke them off where the others broke. Used Extraction tool, both came out. All new plugs in. Whoever designed those plugs should be hung by his balls. Thanks everyone
